If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any payment taken.
5. Products
Our Products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read our Medical Disclaimer before purchasing or using any Product. We take care to describe and display our Products accurately; however, packaging, formulation, and ingredients may occasionally change. Always read the label and product information supplied with your order before use.
6. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

- Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price and will contact you before dispatch.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.
8. Your right to cancel and return
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to certain exceptions for sealed health and hygiene products that have been opened. 9. Faulty or misdescribed products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Products we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
